Kaya Morgan

Funding Principal, Power Broker &
Global Capital Resource Specialist

As a premiere, boutique capital resource company, and at the top of an angel funding Google Search, we usually rank in the top 10 out of millions of web pages.

Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, angel matchmaker, Kaya Morgan is one of the most well connected in the funding industry. She has built her reputation on the ability to provide personal introductions to some of the richest and most famous people on the planet as well as a select group of institutional and boutique investor firms. Whether your project is large or small, she is always looking for that special venture that will intrigue her extensive list of angel investors.

Kaya represented Suzan Lewis, daughter of entertainment icon, Jerry Lewis, on her upcoming book, Jerry Lewis, My Father — Is Always In My Mirror. As co-author, this stunning memoir tells a unique story of growing up in the heart of NYC during the 50s and 60s when celebrities, politicians, and their favorite haunts dominated the social scene. We worked closely with her team of agents and publisher to ensure the continuing success of her endeavors.

dragonsdragonsShe worked with the production team of the IMAX 3D film, Dragons: Real Myths and Unreal Creatures working on the first global screening in London at the British Film Institute, IMAX cinema. The film stars renowned actor, Max von Sydow, who has been in countless films and received numerous awards over the years.  Few actors have had such an esteemed and historical career. French-Canadian actress, Laurence Leboeuf, and Serge Houde most recognized for his starring role in the Emmy-nominated TV series, The Kennedy's played opposite Max von Sydow.

She has worked directly with Penthouse to secure new locations for their clubs both outside and inside the U.S.; and, to help secure the foreign rights to publishing the magazine around the world.

Working directly with the producers of the show, we successfully secured funding for Tony n' Tina's Wedding to move from Planet Hollywood to Bally's where they continue to celebrate their success in the upstairs showroom.

Kaya worked with Tony Award winning Producers of playright, Neil LaBute's New York show, Fat Pig, as one of the top new plays working to open on Broadway at the newly remodeled Belasco Theatre. Talent scheduled to include A-list star power of comedian, Dane Cook along with Broadway veterans Emmy-award winner, Josh Hamilton, one of the “most talented actresses in Hollywood” (NYT), Julia Stiles, and rising new star, Heather Jane Rolff.

During their Vegas run, Kaya worked with the Rick Thomas Magic & Tigers show formally based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The show had been running at the Miracle Mile at Planet Hollywood after closure of the Sahara Hotel. Rick is now currently touring. He was honored as Magician of the Year by his peers at the Academy of Magical Arts, voted Stage Magician of the Year, televised on the World Magic Awards, appeared on two NBC Special's - World's Greatest Magic, starred in his own ABC Special - The Magic of Rick Thomas, and has toured over 30 countries.

Kaya worked with Fiore Films, to fund the infamous Gotti film In the Shadow of My Father, slated to star John Travolta, Al Pacino, Ben Foster, Kelly Preston, and Chazz Palminteri. Now backed by billionaire, Ted Field, filming is scheduled to begin at an undisclosed location in New York City; slated to be directed by Barry Levinson, with screenplay by Leo Rossi and James Toback. This is one of the most controversial films in development.

One of our international projects included the 360 World Record, "Aviation Story of the Decade." Departing Geneva, Switzerland, Italian aviator, Riccardo Mortara, broke the late American adventurer Steve Fossett's world record for fastest circumnavigation of the globe. Click the photo to read the press release.

Kaya has also worked on the upcoming Skyglobe Challenge, high profile world air race. Watch for more details to come.

One of our favorite projects was working with the Playboy Corporation, to help secure licensed rights to the Playboy 50th Anniversay celebration with 50 parties in 50 cities worldwide. Click the "bunnies" photo to download the brochure, on their 50th Anniversary celebration.

We were an Executive Producer on America United, a charitable foundation supporting our troops with a Bob Hope USO type show. The premiere show aired on ABC and sponsored by USAA with 4 million viewers for the benefit of our troops and military charities, and was supported by a host of A-list celebrities including Janet Jackson, Jessica Simpson, ZZ Top, Toby Keith, Clint Black, Snoop Dogg, Ne-Yo, and comedians Kathy Griffin, Carlos Mencia and many more plus the Air Force Thunderbirds as part of the show! Morgan has worked directly with sponsors and celebrities involved in the project.

Having worked with the rich and famous for most of her adult life, Morgan began her career with a lucrative modeling offer from the Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan. This led to a highly successful fashion career combined with extensive travel throughout Asia, Europe and the South Pacific. By the late 1970s, she had honed her entrepreneurial skills by creating several successful import/export ventures before launching a creative marketing business based in the San Francisco area.

After moving to Hawaii in the 1980s, Morgan embarked upon a distinguished career in the publishing industry spanning almost 20 years as a world-class publisher with over 12 premiere magazines and books to her credit, including the 224-page, hardcover, hotel in-room guidebook, The HawaiiGuide, featuring Tom Selleck. As the official publisher for the PGA in Hawaii, she created a comprehensive, full-color, 242-page, coffee table book, the celebrated Hawaii Guide to Golf showcasing both private and public courses throughout the islands.

From 1990 to 1997, Morgan founded and was publisher of Island Home, a high-quality, glossy, 200-page, affluent lifestyle magazine that showcased the architecture and interior design of multimillion dollar homes of the rich and famous, world-class resorts and exciting travel destinations from around the globe. By 1993, Island Home had received New York’s esteemed "Magazine Publishing Excellence Award" as the best "home" magazine in the nation, as well as the coveted "Media Award" from the American Society of Interior Designers (A.S.I.D.).

Acting as creative director on many client's successful marketing and advertising campaigns, her prestigious clientele base has included Armani, Versace, Polo Ralph Lauren, Gucci, Christian Dior, Hermes Paris, Loewe, Cartier, Chanel, Tiffany, Escada, Celine, Salvatore Ferragamo, Fendi, Frette, Louis Vuitton, Adrienne Vittadini, Jaeger, Mondi, St. John, Gap, Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen, Waterford Wedgwood, Shiseido, Seabourn Cruise Line, Halekulani Hotel, Mony Financial and Benetti of Italy, luxury yachts.

In her leisure time, she is devoted to animal rights and volunteers for the Humane Society and Heaven Can Wait Sanctuary. Watch for her groundbreaking, biographical new book exposing conspiracy, political corruption, judicial impropriety and corporate cover-ups in a landmark story of epic proportions.
